Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Crystal Junction, we strive to provide our customers with quality crystals and products. Please read our cancellation, return, and exchange policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

• An order can be cancelled only before it has been shipped.

• Once the order has been shipped, the cancellation request will not be accepted.

• After shipment, the order cannot be cancelled or stopped in transit.

2. Return & Exchange

• Return or exchange requests can be raised within 3–5 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

• Customers are requested to contact us within the specified period for any return or exchange request.

• Products damaged due to improper handling or use by the customer may not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Tempered Products

• Tempered products are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Once a tempered product has been purchased and delivered, it will not be replaced or changed.

4. Important Note

• Return and exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by Crystal Junction.

• Please keep the original packaging and product safely until your return/exchange request is resolved.
